Sabotaging Case Gain ? Misapplication of OT 3

 
OT 3 was released in late 1967.

Here is a brief explanation of the OT 3 incident. The incident happened 75
million years ago. As a solution to over population on other planets,
inhabitants of those planets were captured, transported to Earth and blown
up as a group with nuclear explosions. They were then implanted as part of a
group. This incident formed clusters, and that means a group of Beings stuck
together who believe they are one Being.

A body thetan is a thetan who is stuck to another thetan or body but is not
in control.

A thetan in a human body on Earth has BTs and clusters stuck to him and his
body.

So, what is being handled on OT 3 is body thetans and clusters. You are
setting them free by handling the incident they are stuck in that made them
a cluster. When you free them they are no longer attached to you or your
body. They realize they are individual Beings, the cluster breaks up, they
exteriorize and are free to go wherever they please.

On OT 3 you are handling the more up tone BTs and clusters who are easily
put into communication. After OT 3 you are handling the more down tone BTs
and clusters who are not easily put into communication because they are
dormant from being asleep or unconscious. You begin addressing these usually
after OT 3, on NOTs/Excalibur.

As we have said, aberration is a fixed idea. And that means getting stuck in
something. And that is not freedom when a Being is stuck in something.
Beings can get stuck in all kinds of things ? bodies, mental pictures, time,
ideas, incidents and literally anything else.
A thetan can consider himself to be anything. What a thetan can see, he can
be.

So, the basic initial auditing questions for NOTs/Excalibur are ? what are
you? - and who are you? The Being answering needs to as-is what they are
stuck in (and being) - which whatever that is, is not who they really are.
Once the Being correctly does this, then they can go free. Quite often this
involves the use of other basic auditing tools as needed. That is a very
simple explanation.

 
The whole point of telling you the above is this ? OT 3 up through full
Excalibur completion, brings the main thetan (the Pre-OT) into greater
confront and responsibility towards the very old, not-ised, and fixated
relationship with other beings which he is intimately connected with, and
the resolving of these relationships and the freeing of the Beings
concerned. The Pre-OT also discovers just what his responsibility is in all
this, as well as assisting the other Beings in raising their own
responsibility level towards the relationship, as well.

 
Misapplication of OT 3 through NOTS/Excalibur is the opposite ? its
entrapping Beings, whether newly, or simply reinforcing the traps already in
existence.

Sane men correctly apply the subject to set Beings free.
Insane men misapply the subject to entrap and control Beings.

Now we are into the subject of Enslavers practicing Psychic Warfare and
Black NOTs.

Psychic Warfare has two branches ? Psychic Spying and Psychic Influencing?

 
On our time track of Church history Pat Price is identified as a CIA agent.
In the late 1960's he infiltrated AOLA, did the OT levels, then went to
Stanford Research Institute where he helped the CIA develop Psychic Warfare
capabilities. After that he carried out Psychic Warfare assignments for the
CIA. His connection in the Church who helped him develop Psychic Warfare was
Alan Walter.

"Pat Price and I began remote viewing in 1968. We spent roughly 350 hours
training ourselves. Much of what Pat and I did was over the phone. We would
set each other targets and debug each other.

The one ability that most do not want to talk about is Remote Commanding.
LRH, MSH, Bob Thomas, Jane Kember, Yvonne, Alex Sybersky, myself and our top
crews had these abilities. If Scott takes a look at the period in LA in the
early 70's he will observe a Remote Command Team in Operation. They were
powerful!"

"I had since early '68 been putting my spiritual teammates into a co-process
set-up and letting them handle each other. (As did several other highly
trained people.)

Off course it was squirreling :-)

Over the years we had built a very powerful team. I and several other highly
trained ex-Scio's then set about building a by-pass ST based team. The first
step was to send out several thousand audio tapes to ex-scios and scios
called Miracles and Magic.

The ST's then went to each of the advanced org areas and picked up all
available abandoned ST's. Which we included into the spiritual co-processing
organization. As you can well imagine a tremendous amount of these ST's were
highly trained and processed beings in their own right.

The removal of so many abused ST's from Hemet and Flag as well as other
areas takes away a vast amount of power. Also picked up were the ST's who
were being used in black operations against specific targets.

There is of course much more to this. Much of what is going on today have
provided enough distractions to allow this to come about.

I expect that over the years they will begin taking over new bodies and
allow other ST's to get trained and processed.

I do not know if you have read the Psychic War material, but the beings
involved on the other side have joined the ST co-process unit.

I expect by the year 2015 the full force of what these ST's are engaged in
to have a massive impact on earth. A major part of this impact will also be
net related."

 
My comments on the above two posts by Alan Walter?

He was a busy boy in 1968. At the same time as he is working with CIA agent,
Pat Price, to develop Psychic Warfare ? he starts recapturing thetans who
have been set free by people auditing on OT 3. He is essentially forming
them back into clusters, under the guise of "Spiritual Teammates."

It is interesting that Alan considers setting Beings free, as abuse. It is
also noteworthy that he is preparing them for the year 2015 because that is
the target date the Enslavers have for establishing a One World government.

"One day Alan posted this as a success story -

One of his people called about a black mass over their house one night and
Alan said don't do anything and sent over a Spiritual Teammate cluster which
proceeded to recruit the black mass into the larger cluster. The person then
felt better, which is nice.

Here's what is odd about that to me -

I can now attest to CAUSE OVER LIFE - I just need Geru's telephone number!

Gee, hope I don't lose Geru's telephone number next lifetime.

Also - making giant clusters = freedom?

More important than that one is shortly after Greg and Deb were on your
lines:

I go into session one night and my TA is at 5.0 and needle stuck, no tone
arm action.

My TA is never that high and I never have an unmoving tone arm, so this is
very strange. So, I take a look and perceive the biggest cluster I have ever
seen, it was a "spiritual teammate" cluster. Was tens of thousands of beings
in the thing.

I located the top being who had the job of "recruiter" for the cluster. A
giant rock slam turned on. I audit with the sensitivity at maximum low, so
if turned up to normal this was one helluva large rock slam.

I then ran power on the leader. Some inside the cluster tried to take over
the auditor hat but I gave them the r-factor I am the auditor here so they
stopped. After 20 minutes of power the "leaders" case cracked and the TA
started to fly. I got 90 divisions of tone arm off him in the next 1/2 hour.

At which point, the cluster broke up and some of the beings in it felt much
relief and left with the concept "freedom at last!"

The tone arm blew down to normal range and there was a giant floating TA on
the lowest sensitivity possible.

That's what gives me a floating TA - setting beings free - not recruiting
them into giant clusters.

Some of the beings were knowingly and voluntarily a part of that cluster.
That is fine if they choose to do it.

But, some were not, which means they were there in the same condition of
aberration as any cluster - on an unknowing and unwilling basis. In other
words, case. In other words, since it was an other-determined action -
entrapment. In other words, the opposite of freedom. In other words, the
work of enslavers.

LRH tape 6 December 1952 Formative State of Scientology Definition of Logic
(PDC 20)

"Let's take the subject of Scientology? it is a method of thinking about
things and is just as true as it is workable and no truer and is not, in
itself, an arbitrary, fascistic police force to make sure that we all think
right thoughts. It's a servant of the mind ?it is not a master of the mind.
Scientology will decline and become useless to man on the day when it
becomes the master of thinking. Don't think it won't do that. It has every
capability in it of doing that.

Contained in the knowable, workable portions before your eyes there are
methods of controlling human beings and thetans which have never before been
dreamed of in this universe; control mechanisms of such awesome and solid
proportions that if the remedies were not so much easier to apply, one would
be appalled at the dangerousness to beingness that exists in Scientology.

But what kind of a government and what kind of a weapon is really serious?
Not a weapon which destroys mud; a weapon that destroys minds. That's
serious. Out of the body of knowledge which lies before you are sufficient
technologies to take over, seize and handle any government or people on the
face of the Earth. You aren't of an ethical level, even, that permits you to
observe this. You wouldn't think in these lines. And yet if only those
principles were known, there would be people who could and would think in
those lines.

You can control men like you would control robots with those techniques.

If you release the remedy and if the remedy is fast enough before the forces
of evil can muster their machinations and use the overt act, it can't ever
be used.

There's only one thing that could happen to Scientology and that is to say
that it would be buried ? the remedy would be buried. If it ever went out of
sight, this world's done. All you've got to do is invalidate it and put it
out of sight and hide it, and it'll come up in the wrong place doing the
wrong thing and mankind will find itself a slave.

So anybody that knows the remedy of this subject ? anybody that knows these
techniques ? is himself actually under a certain responsibility; that's to
make sure that he doesn't remain a sole proprietor. That's all it takes;
just don't remain a sole proprietor. Don't ever think that a monopoly of
this subject is a safe thing to have. It's not safe. It's not safe for man;
it's not safe for this universe.

This universe has long been looking for new ways to make slaves. Well, we've
got some new ways to make slaves here. Let's see that none are made.

It's a very simple remedy. And that's ? just make sure that the remedy is
passed along. That's all. Don't hoard it and don't hold it."

 
My comments on the above LRH quotes:

What Ron was talking about in this tape has come to pass. The Enslavers are
using the subject of Scientology in reverse - to entrap and control Beings
instead of freeing them.

The Enslavers are practicing mind control using Psychic Warfare. They
manipulate the actions of other Beings by controlling their thoughts, either
with Beings or psychotronics machines. And Black NOTs is part of Psychic
Warfare.

In the technique called Black NOTs, Enslavers use BTs and clusters in
several ways. They are used for spying. They are used to influence. They are
used to add to the case.

In modern times, it is not just a simple matter of someone auditing OT 3 to
OT 7 with the correct purpose of freeing Beings. The Enslavers interfere
with his auditing. They do this by practicing Psychic Warfare on him. One
thing that happens is after he sets some BTs and clusters free, they add to
his case by sending him some more. They also use Beings to covertly spy on
him and covertly influence him via his remaining BTs and clusters.

And the Church does not educate their solo auditors on Psychic Warfare or
give them a solution to it, and that is intentional on their part. That is
one of the ways the Enslaver agents in control of the Church have sabotaged
the Bridge. They leave people on the OT levels ignorant and defenseless to
Psychic Warfare and Black NOTs.

Lastly, the Enslaver agents who control the Church and RO have withheld the
remedy. Under the guise that releasing the data would cause restimulation,
they sabotage case gain by hoarding and holding OT level data to themselves.
They do not release the data to the general public for use. By doing so they
are serving the agenda of the Global Enslavers.

They have no right to act as sole proprietors ? LRH did not create
Scientology just for them ? the rightful owner is any man who wants to use
it to improve conditions.

The insanity of the current scene is this -

withhold it from the sane man who would correctly apply it to free Beings.
only give it to the man who would misapply it to control and entrap Beings.

 
The HASI came into existence to turn this scene around.

We will undermine the Enslavers dirty work to misapply it to sabotage case
gain.
We will undermine the Enslaver agenda to misapply it to turn human beings
into robots.
