of spiritual, or psychic warfare.

Alan's latest definition is practically describing the entire 7th
dynamic. That's an interesting change.

With Alan's latest redefinition (which was his own invented term to
begin with), he can now call just about anyone, including myself,
Virginia, Mike, and even Ron - a "spiritual teammate".

But let's go back a bit in time, and see what Alan said previously...

The key point, when OT III is being run properly, is that the beings
being addressed by the solo auditor have their incidents run out so that
they become free beings. They are no longer stuck in Incident II or I,
to one's body or one's self, and are free to go wherever they want, and
to do whatever they want.

All of the beings I handled were very happy and relieved to be free
after 75 million years of being stuck. They had no interest in playing
the enslaver game, even though a few of them were working for the
enslavers during the original incident. Some just took off like a shot,
headed for parts unknown, sending a feeling of thanks and ARC as they
departed. Most of them however, wanted to help and take an active part
in the new game of freeing beings. But, the key here is that it was
their choice, their decision, freely made under no duress.

However Alan and a secret group began "collecting" these beings, rather
than setting them free, back in 1968. Below are some selected quotes

OT III was released at the end of 1967, and above we see that Alan and
"several other" people began almost immediately collecting these beings
rather than freeing them, and they knew full-well that it was in
violation of the purpose of OT III, and out-tech.

However, true to form, Alan tries to change what he said previously
about squirreling:

The key here is his earlier statement: "Off course it was squirreling
:-)"

So Alan would have us believe that Ron APPROVED of this activity. He
didn't then, and he doesn't now. That's why Alan admitted that they
were squirreling.

Above, we see the crux of the matter. Alan and his secret group of
auditors were capturing and collecting groups of exterior beings, under
their control. And Alan tries to justify this by claiming that the
beings he was collecting were previously "abused".

Further, Alan seems to view these beings as merely a commodity, refering
to the capturing of them as "taking away a vast amount of power", like
capturing so many of your opponents pieces in a chess game.

I suspect that this "secret cadre" which it looks like was falsifying
worksheets, is the same group who was secretly forming groups of
spiritual beings under their control.

So we know, from Alan's own words that he and a secret group, working
from within the Church in 1968, were intentionally misapplying the tech
in order to capture other beings to bolster their own "power".

Now THAT, is quite an interesting statement.

Alan and his secret crew also gained the services of beings "who were
being used in black operations against specific targets."

In other words, those beings who were already working for the enslavers
doing spiritual or psychic warfare JOINED Alan and his secret cadre.
They would have done that for one reason only - they were working
towards the same goal.

We would set each other targets and debug each other.

The one ability that most do not want to talk about is Remote
Commanding. LRH, MSH, Bob Thomas, Jane Kember, Yvonne, Alex Sybersky,
myself and our top crews had these abilities. If Scott takes a look at
the period in LA in the
early 70's he will observe a Remote Command Team in Operation. They were

There are two points of particular interest above:

1. Alan was working with Pat Price (who worked with the CIA developing
   remote viewing at SRI) in 1968.

2. Alan says that he and others were doing "Remote Commanding".

Command: 1. to give an order or orders to; direct with authority. 2. To
have authority or jurisdiction over; control.

This is how he and other enslavers control the groups of beings under
their "command". Commanding is control, achieved through the use of
force or threatened force.

Here is an actual example of Alan commanding a group of beings, and
collecting even more beings into his cluster:

The ST team was sent in to recruit and handle.

Pause....few seconds.....Cloud begins to lift.

A: "What is happening?"

C: " It is getting lighter..."

C: "The cluster is breaking up.....the ST's are recruiting them......the
black bt's are pissed at their handlers for being used this
way.....laughter...."

...Several 1,000 more clients recruited for the Spiritual Training and
Co-Processing Unit."

beings
in the thing.

I located the top being who had the job of "recruiter" for the cluster.
A
giant rock slam turned on. I audit with the sensitivity at maximum low,
so
if turned up to normal this was one helluva large rock slam.

I then ran power on the leader. Some inside the cluster tried to take
over
the auditor hat but I gave them the r-factor I am the auditor here so
they
stopped. After 20 minutes of power the "leaders" case cracked and the TA
started to fly. I got 90 divisions of tone arm off him in the next 1/2
hour.

At which point, the cluster broke up and some of the beings in it felt
much
relief and left with the concept "freedom at last!".

The tone arm blew down to normal range and there was a giant floating TA
on
the lowest sensitivity possible."

enabled a person to artificially exteriorize from their body.

accustomed to traveling to different locations and perceiving sights,
sounds, thoughts, etc. The personnel are part of a team and recently
there were as many as seven divisions of Wraiths.

After the training period is complete, the Wraiths work together in
teams, exterior from their bodies on a full-time basis, while their
bodies are kept in stasis - sedated but alive on life-support equipment.

Since the Wraiths remain in an exterior state, a person in a body who
can interact and communicate with them is required as an interface.
Persons with psychic abilities are a necessity for this position.

...Because the being still had a connection to his living body, the
being is able, should it become necessary, to be coerced by inflicting
pain on the unconscious body via electrical shocks. This is the
body-in-pawn phenomenon.
